Refund & Dispute Policy

1. Always refunded

A duplicate payment, the overpaid part of a payment, or a purchase we failed to deliver because of an error on our side — refunded in full.

2. Formion licenses (Pro, Elite, …)

Within 7 days of the payment, if the paid features did not work for you because of a problem on our side, or you were charged by mistake. Renewals and upgrades: within 72 hours.

Trading results are never a reason for a refund — signals and tools do not guarantee profit.

3. Creator signal subscriptions

Within 72 hours of the payment if the creator has not delivered a single signal since you paid.

After that, only through a dispute (section 6): the creator misrepresented the service, stayed inactive for more than 14 days of a paid period, or the signal record was manipulated. Lifetime access follows the same rules.

4. Strategies and bots (monthly or lifetime)

Within 72 hours of the payment if you have not attached the strategy to an account and no trade was executed for you.

After that, only through a dispute (the strategy does not do what its listing says).

5. Indicators (one-off purchase)

The indicator is delivered into your library the moment you pay, so a refund is possible only if it does not work as described (dispute) or you were charged twice. A refunded indicator is removed from your library.

6. Disputes with a creator or author

Open a dispute from the form below within 30 days. The seller's earning is held (every sale has a 14-day hold) and the seller gets 3 days to answer. Formion support decides within 5 business days; the decision is final.

When the buyer wins, the refund is deducted from the seller's earnings — also when they were already paid out. Sellers with repeated upheld disputes are removed from the marketplace.

7. Underpayment

If less than the price arrives, nothing is activated. You can send the missing amount, or ask for the received amount back (minus the network fee).

8. Never refunded

Trading losses or market moves; a change of mind after the windows above; accounts closed for breaking the Terms; payments older than 30 days.

9. How the money comes back

Request within 30 days of the payment, here or at [email protected]. Decision within 5 business days. The refund is sent in USDC or USDT to the wallet you give us (the same network you paid on), minus the network fee; PayPal payments are refunded through PayPal. When a refund is approved, access to the purchase ends immediately.
